STUDENTS

Here at Trinity we want to help students be rooted deeply into Jesus Christ and his word. We think being at uni presents amazing opportunities and unique challenges so we want to help you live more and more for God’s glory, enjoying him and facing life’s ups and downs with gospel-centred faith, hope and love. Here’s what we hope that looks like...

Being part
of the church

God saves us to worship him as a family.

That's why meeting on a Sunday is central to what we do. We believe Jesus changes lives and so on Sundays we come together to meet with him. We love spending time with God, hearing his word read and preached, receiving the Lord's Supper, praying and singing together. So if you can only do one thing here at Trinity - come to church!

And as we grow in love for God, so we grow in love for one another. A family shares burdens.

Trinity is a church of all ages and stages and it'd be our delight, whether you're here for 4 years or 24 years, to see you get stuck in to love and be loved.

Joining us for student suppers

We know moving to a new city can be tough. Settling into a new church for the first time can be daunting and feel a bit overwhelming.

That's why we've got Student Suppers - a Sunday evening group just for undergraduates.

What is it?

It's a time to hang out, eat together and get to know one another. And it's an opportunity to dig deeper into God's word. The uni-years are an amazing time to grow those deep roots by letting God's word get to work on our minds and hearts.
We want to help you read all the different bits of the Bible, see how it all fits together, and know key topics the Bible teaches, letting God change and impact your lives by his Spirit.

When is it?

Student Suppers starts after the evening service, 7-9pm. We'll normally do a Bible study, pray together and then eat.

Who leads it?

We have a wonderful team of men and women who lead the Student Suppers group. They've been part of our church for a while and they'd love to help you out, answer questions, even meet up and read the Bible with you regularly if you're up for it.
If you'd like to know more just get in touch. Or come along and see for yourself!
